Bryan’s Dumpling House: A Culinary Haven for Dumpling Lovers in Greenwood Village

Located in DTC, where diversity is horribly lacking, Bryan's Dumpling House stands out. Thankfully the soup dumplings here are true to their original form. However, this place also gets creative too, offering a wide variety of flavors. Inside is nicely decorated, spacious, elegant, and clean. Service is friendly and professional. You pay DTC prices, but at least you get good food. We ordered the variety dumpling sampler, pork belly buns, scallop & shrimp dumpling, and chili oil dumplings. From the dumpling sampler, we were extremely happy with the szechuan, kimchi, and garlic soup dumplings. I was kind of turned off by the super fake colors, although they do make the colors really pop. But it looks more like fake food. Thankfully there's nothing fake about the flavors. Pork wasn't the absolute highest quality, but it was probably average to above average in quality. The chili oil dumplings were alright, but not as good as the soup dumplings. Pork belly buns were really good, except for the sauce. Maybe a little sauce would have been good, but there was way too much sauce on it. I just scraped as much off as I could and it was nice. The scallop & shrimp dumplings were a slam dunk, must-order item. There's plenty of parking in the plaza, and I never needed to make reservations, but I also never tried coming here on a Friday or Saturday night.

Make a reservation if you want to be seated right away because it gets packed quickly. The coke is bottled and it's $4.50. Tan Tan noodle with szechuan style was not szechuan-ing but it was still good. Stir fried green beans & ground pork with garlic was flavorful but the pork was very salty. Shrimp shumai I would not recommend, as it was all mush and no flavor. Original kurobuta pork xiao long bao was the table favorite. Our first batch was too dough-y but the second batch was juicy and delicious. I wish they weren't stingy with the garlic as we had to ask several times for more.

I've been meaning to try here as I LOVE dumplings. I came here after work one day with a co-worker. We were able to be seated right away. We got here are 6:15p on a Thursday. As the night went on, it began getting pretty crowded! We ordered the original pork xiao long bao (soup dumplings). We got BBQ pork buns, shrimp dumplings, and Bryan's fried rice. My co-worker has never had any of these. As we left - she mentioned how good it was! They had all the sauces you needed on the table. Soy sauce if you wanted to use it. Vinegar - which I used for my soup dumplings. And chili oil which I love pretty much with anything else. We also ordered a pot of Jasmine Green Tea to enjoy with our meal. The fried rice was simple but that's how I like it. I can't wait to come back. I loved it and can't wait to try more things on the menu.

Came here on a Friday night ~7pm and was seated immediately (weather was pretty bad though so might be busier on a good weather day). We immediately were helped and the food came out fairly quick. It's very spacious in there and our servers were very attentive, constantly clearing up the empty plates and refilling our water. We were also able to add to our order halfway through our dining experience w no issues, which was greatly appreciated. We got the spicy cold tofu appetizer, pan fried chicken dumplings, noodles with scallion oil, Bryan's fried rice, shrimp xu mai, steamed veggie dumplings, and pan fried veggie dumplings. All were delicious. The pan fried chicken dumplings are a must try. We really appreciated the diverse menu because my party did not eat beef or pork this day. Still, we were able to enjoy the food and have an enjoyable experience. I'll have to come back to try the xiao long bao's one day! I look forward.

Fast and thorough service with many suggestions along the way. Bryan's Dumpling House has paid homage to the previous tenants (Larkburger) by keeping much of the furniture and decor. That's a good thing! Onto the food! Pro Tip: Don't let your soup dumplings sit too long as they get cool/room temperature really quick. We did that with both of our soup dumplings and I was a tad disappointed. Regardless, the pork bao, sao mai, chili dumplings, eggplant and ma po tofu elevated the experience. The chrysanthemum tea had a bit of an earthy tone. Not sure why but its the best all day tea without giving you a crazy caffeine buzz. Since Bryan's Dumpling House is part of my old neighborhood I gravitate to this area from time to time. Pair that with nostalgic foods from my childhood and I'm sure to be back! Can't wait to try more dishes next time! Come with a group and split dishes. You will get the best of all worlds!

I was so excited to try this place and they did NOT disappoint! I have been back a few times and can say that they get quite busy after 5 almost every day of the week but well worth the wait, and the tables can move quickly as the service is so organized and a huge team effort which makes it seem effortless! I haven't ventured too far from the soups dumplings because, why would I? It is what I came here for, however, I have seen other dishes and they are all beautiful! The restaurant is very cozy and spread out enough that you never feel crowded, even if you are right next to a table in the long row of tables! Spot on and count me in as regular!

Came here again with some coworkers and enjoyed a variety of dishes among us all. My favorite this time was the kurobuta porkdumplings in chili oil and pork shumai. The pork belly bun was alright. I still want to try the scallop and shrimp dumpling, seaweed salad and the variety xiao long bao.
